Elite is ideal for lighter, consistent laundry needs. Signature offers more capacity and pickup flexibility, while Premier is designed for high-volume households and businesses.

What happens if I go over my included pounds?

No problem. Additional laundry is charged at your membership rate: $1.90/lb for Elite, $1.80/lb for Signature, and $1.70/lb for Premier.

Do unused pounds roll over?

No. Your included pounds reset at the beginning of each monthly billing cycle.

Is there an order minimum?

No. Doorstep members do not have an order minimum.

Can I change my membership?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan as your laundry needs change.

Is there a contract?

No contracts. Memberships are month-to-month and can be canceled anytime.
