Gift Card Instructions

1. Purchase a Gift Card
   Select your desired amount and complete your purchase.

2. Recipient Notification
   The recipient will receive an email notifying them that the gift card has been applied as a credit to their account. The email will include instructions on how to claim the credit by accessing or creating an online account through our web booking tool. A password reset link will also be provided if needed.

3. How to Claim the Gift Card
   To claim the credit, the recipient can log into their account either on doorsteplaundryco.com or through our Cleancloud app, and click the "Gift Card" button.

4. Redeeming the Credit
   Once claimed, the credit will automatically be available for use on future orders—no additional steps required!
